Zach Montroy

Zach serves on the leadership team at Navigate the Journey heading up their people, team, and organizational strategy services. In his work, he has the privilege of serving as a leadership coach to entrepreneurs and executives as well as working with companies to deliver transformational solutions in people strategy, organizational change, strategic planning, and business process improvement. Zach is passionate about helping teams align mission, values, uniqueness, and people competencies to ensure teams function at optimal health and strategic plans are achieved with excellence. Zach holds an MBA and is a credentialed facilitator and presenter in several executive leadership assessments and tools. Zach had the opportunity to be trained and certified as a Dare to Lead Team Implementer by Dr. Brené Brown shortly after her book was released. Zach and his wife Jacki and their three sons call Franklin, Tennessee home.
