Rich is a the Head of Customer Engineering for a team of Google Cloud Engineers across the North Central part of the United States, focusing on increasing awareness of Google Cloud's differentiated offerings and growing adoption of the platform. Rich is a graduate of The Ohio State University (BS, Comp Sci) and Case Western Reserve University (MBA)
