Ebony Lawrence

My name is Ebony Lawrence and I’m an Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer with Amazon Web Services (AWS). I currently support the Global Services Employee Experience team and spend my time creating amazing content specific to developing associates to walk and live our company culture and leadership principles. I took the non-academic route to the field of talent development as my background is deeply rooted in public health, hence the “accidental ID reference”. I hold a BS in Community Health Education, an MS in Health Administration, and a DrPH in Epidemiology. My professional work experience is in developing technical training, management consulting, and higher education. About three years ago, I obtained the CPTD certification through ATD.
