Creativity is the key to many things in life. Mental health and business practices can be greatly improved by being creative. Being creative doesn't just mean fine arts. Being creative can mean party planning, gardening, coding, and more. Every single person is creative. When you are being creative you can achieve creative "flow". "Flow" can change the chemicals in your brain to reduce depressions, anxiety and stress. For an overall healthier life, personally and professionally, you need to be creative. Being mentally healthy can positively change the rest of your life.
