Developing The Next Leaders In Tech

My passion is education, training and seeing people achieve their goals in development and engineering. I'd like to talk to people about my experience in hiring inexperienced developers and training them to be the next leaders of our team. I'm also very interested in hearing from other leaders and people who are new to the tech space about their experiences, thoughts, and ideas for the future. It's so important that we continually empower the new members of the tech community, as to ensure there is a strong and diverse talent base for future generations.
