Business Development Manager

New Resources Consulting (NRC) is looking to add a driven self-starter to join our Technology Consulting team as a Business Development Manager. We are looking for creative go-getters, who are passionate about solving client problems and being the catalyst of change through technology. Guided by our Core Values - Accountability, Passion, Respect, Innovation and Collaboration – the BDM partners with our Sourcing and Recruiting team to deliver exceptional technology consulting service with the best IT experts in the market. Essential Functions: Create and execute sales strategies to gain intelligence, develop relationships and grow business with new clients Generate sales leads, call prospective clients and set meetings to build relationships and identify opportunities to add value and develop a longer-term partnership Produce technology-related content to build expertise and promote NRC brand in technology Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide creative solutions and talent planning Partner and collaborate with the NRC sourcing and recruiting team to provide best tech talent to our clients, based on the scope of the defined solution Provide exceptional client experience and services based on deep understanding of client needs and creative solutions
