I have provided digital marketing and analytic workshops and presentations across the United States. My first major workshop was for the City of Chicago Treasurer’s Office as part of the 2014 Small Business Expo (SBE). I am also an analytics and business intelligence writer. I have contributed articles to CMS Wire, DMNews, and Information Week. I have also been an associate editor of business book reviews for Small Business Trends, as well as a technical editor for two Pearson/Que digital marketing publications. My articles for CMSWire have been among the platform's Top Digital Marketing Articles in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
