Melissa Green

Starting as a Business Analyst, Melissa has always operated with connecting and leading people top of mind. Whether it be business and technology, or teams of people with a common goal. She now leads the Delivery (PMO) organization as an executive leader for VMLY&R. She has built teams and managed programs for clients such as Ford, Sprint, SAP, and Honeywell. Outside of VMLY&R she owned and operated her own digital agency and non-profit, Digital Women Kansas City. Melissa specializes in building teams, operating models and bring forward process improvements for companies who desire to work efficiently but also effectively. Melissa often works with clients ready to operate differently within the walls of their organization. Additionally, she manages and leads approximately sixty project managers and analysts who also support various initiatives ranging from customer experience to branding to digital work. She has experiencing in managing and leading teams of two to three hundred and has learned from all of it. Melissa lives outside of Ann Arbor, MI with her husband and two huskies. Her daughter, a sophomore at Eastern Michigan University lives nearby and regularly visits to cook with her mom. Cooking, reading, entertaining and enjoying the beautiful Michigan outdoors fill up her time beyond work.
