I've loved the software world for many years; I now give my age in hex. I started my career writing compilers, operating systems, communication software, and designing RPC. Now I work with leaders and leaders-to-be to help them become GREAT! (We've all had bad bosses, RIGHT? I'm working on fixing that.)
