20+ Years in Technology Leadership | 10+ Years In Improv Comedy I am a people-first Technology Executive with 20 years of professional experience. I specializes in servant leadership, talent transformation, organizational design, core system modernization, strategic planning, change management, and Agile frameworks. It's important to me that I always walk my talk as a leader by living into my core values of leading with vulnerability, empathy, communication, and most importantly, seeking to understand. I believe in bringing my authentic self to work every day, being insatiably curious, and continuous coaching that is all complimented by data-driven decision-making. I'm a continuous learner, and earned my master’s degree in science and technology leadership from Brown University in May of 2019. Outside of work I am an improviser and loves to create comedy – he and his wife co-owned an improvisational theater called Wage House in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and have trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) in New York.
