Derek Mulhausen took a non traditional route to becoming a software developer. Spending 20 years doing various customer service and tech support roles, he became a software developer shortly after completing his bachelors degree in IT and went on to complete a Masters in Data Analytics. He brings his passions for working with people, psychology, and technology together to help the tech community communicate better.
