David Blechl

My calling is to bring a group of people together around a problem and through focusing on our customers and their needs coming to a solution that delights them. My passion is bringing a process, facilitating the conversation and mentoring my team towards the goal of bringing the voice of our customers to our decisions all while having a good time doing it. In my time working in R&D, I have conducted user research, written requirements, led the development of a design system, created our company's user personas, introduced the design sprint process as a way to develop solutions, created screen mockups and whatever else needed to be done to accomplish our goal.
