After 10+ years in the recruiting/hiring industry, I have seen companies continue to fail in their hiring processes. Well...I am trying to fix that with this talk. My goal for this talk is for you to walk away and be like 'are we do this' or 'have we thought of that'. Listen, my way is NOT the highway but the things I discuss are the main issues I see time and time again. So essentially my goal is to give you the playbook and then you go out and execute.
