Azure Static Web Apps with Blazor and Codespaces. On the web with no server and no Javascript!

I would like to have a discussion about Blazor Webassembly, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Codespaces. Coming from the perspective of a "javascript-averse" C# back-end developer, what are ways to start making web apps without having to deal with your own server? I'll share my experience up to this point, but I'm happy to troubleshoot and discuss during this time.
