As Designers, Developers, Technologists or Product Owners we seek to drive better solutions for our customers and in doing so we’re continually looking for ways to surpass the competition. While technology can play an important factor in taking a product or solution to the next level, the most fundamental aspect for success is knowing what adoption looks like. If Your Product Isn’t Being Adopted, Nothing Else Matters… In this session we are going to look at ways to measure Customer and User Adoption and then we’ll discuss at length CX and UX strategies to harnessing the knowledge gained through metrics and Analytics and act upon to improve User Adoption. The session will show off tools ranging from free tools like Google Analytics to Hyper Expensive Campaign building platforms used to monitor capture and record customer and user journeys throughout applications.
