Why you should have a mentor and how to find the perfect one!

A mentor is more than someone that just teaches you new things. They can be support, encouragement and that kick in the pants just when you need it. No matter where you are in your career or life, mentorship is important and I'd like to show you specific examples why. We will walk through some proven activities that you can do yourself in order to find the perfect mentor for you because not all mentors are the same. We will discuss how to get the most out of the relationship with your mentor so you can both have a positive experience. Be prepared to leave this session having a plan to find your perfect mentor and maybe even find them at the conference.
