Want to create your own art for retro video games? This is the talk for you. This introductory talk will teach you to start drawing pixel art objects with a popular tool called Aseprite. You'll learn about the differences between pixel art and traditional art, basic color theory, shading and highlighting, animation, and exporting to video game-ready formats.

No experience necessary; this is a talk for people completely new to pixel art (or art in general).
