Scaling Design Sprints

Developed at Google, Design Sprints are a proven methodology for solving problems for your users. This set of exercises allows a team to quickly develop a hypothesis, prototype an idea, and test it rapidly. The framework has been used successfully around the world by engineering and non-engineering teams for projects like improving the onboarding experience at a company or providing better ways to navigate a hospital. I've had the opportunity to run dozens of these over the past couple of years and would like to share what I've learned. You will learn at this session not only what a design sprint is, but also how to shorten it down so it can be used on your team.
