Up until March 2020, I'd always written code in an office. Then COVID arrived. Our office is now closed, permanently. In this session, I'll talk about what's worked and what hasn't as a WFH rookie while managing a suddenly distributed team. I'd also love to hear your thoughts and opinions about where we collectively go from here in a much more remote world.
